ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I order online?

Ordering online is easy and safe. Our website will walk you through placing an order, but here’s a preview of the steps:

Use our search bar or browse by department to find the item you want.

Click on the item.

Read the information on the product page and choose from the available size and customization options.

When you’re done, click “Add to Cart.” You can adjust quantities from the shopping cart.

Check your order carefully, then click the “Check Out” button.

Enter your shipping information. Select a shipping type and click “Apply” to view your order total, then click “Continue.”

Enter your payment information and any coupon or gift certificate codes you want to use, then click “Continue.” (Your card will not be charged at this step).

Review your order one last time, then click “Submit Your Order.”

Do I have to order online?

We welcome orders by email. You can send your order list to support@replicasjersey.ru.

How do I change my order?

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process. Please contact our customer service via online chat or email us at support@replicasjersey.ru as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. If you do not receive an email from us confirming the change, it means the change has likely not been made. We cannot change, cancel, or correct your order in any way after it has entered our shipping process.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact us if your order does not arrive as expected. The item might have been lost in transit. If so, we will reship a new package to you free of charge.

Do you accept customized teamwear orders?

We welcome team and corporate orders and are pleased to offer volume discounts. We realize that your uniforms speak volumes about your team, which is why your on-field image is our primary concern. Our professional art staff and your dedicated representative will work with you to create the exact look and personality for your team. Whether you choose from our collection of in-house logos or create your own masterpiece, we will work with you to ensure your team looks its absolute best.

Can I place an order for my retail business?

We welcome corporate orders and are pleased to offer volume discounts on our jersey prices. Please contact us by email at support@replicasjersey.ru. We do not function as a wholesale distributor for any of the items we sell.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days. Please note that the following procedures may delay the shipping of your order: customizations, back-orders, and special orders. Orders may be split into separate shipments for every 15 shirts (or 3kg).

What shipping method do you use?

We offer free standard shipping (e.g., Global Cainiao). You can also choose to pay for Express Shipping to receive your package faster.

May I ship to a post office box or private box address?

If you provide a P.O. Box address, we can only ship your order using China Post or EMS.

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported. Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.

Do you charge tax?

For customers in non-EU countries, we do not charge tax at checkout. However, your local customs officials will assess any applicable taxes or import duties. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, and any other fees assessed by your country.

For customers in European Union (EU) countries, customs may charge a tax of 20% or more. To simplify this, we handle the tax payment for you and will only charge a flat 8% of your order total at checkout to cover these fees.

What should I do if I am missing an item or received a defective or incorrect item?

Please accept our apologies if there was an error with your order. Contact us, and we will do our best to correct the issue as efficiently as possible. We can usually reship the correct item to you free of charge.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us first to receive the correct return address and instructions. Items must be returned in marketable condition.

(Please note: We only accept returns for non-customized jerseys. Items with custom badges, names, or numbers cannot be returned.)

Additional Return Details:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be in their original, resalable condition, including the original box and/or packaging.

Used items are covered by a limited 30-day warranty. After this period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 2 business days.

To avoid delays, please contact us before sending a return.

JERSEY CARE

How do I care for my jersey?

Many details on our jerseys are applied via heat transfer. We strongly recommend washing these items by hand. Machine washing can damage these details. If you use a machine, please turn the jersey inside out.

Do not scrub printed areas aggressively. Avoid leaving the jersey in direct sunlight for extended periods. When not in use, hang the jersey up.

If a printed detail begins to peel, lay the jersey flat. Cover the graphic with non-stick paper (like parchment paper). Using an iron heated to 150°C (300°F), press down firmly for 7-8 seconds. Repeat if necessary.

Important: Never iron directly on the printed graphic.

How can I get a cash coupon for a video review?

Shoot a clear video (over 3 minutes long) that provides a sincere review. Describe the item’s details, introduce our website, and mention any current promotions.

The video title must follow this format: ReplicaJersey + [Item Name] + Unboxing Video Review.

For example: ReplicaJersey 22-23 Barcelona Home Jersey Unboxing Review.

The video description must include a link to the product on our website and your personal invitation link.

You will receive a $12.99 cash coupon once your video reaches 50 views. You will receive an additional $6.99 cash coupon if your video surpasses 500 views.
