Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Whatever the reason for your dissatisfaction, please contact us first for the correct return address and instructions.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the product is in its original, marketable condition. This means the product has not been:
Washed
Worn
Damaged
Removed from its original plastic packaging
Please understand that customized items (e.g., those with a custom name, number, or badge) or items that have been washed cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Exchange Policy
Non-customized items can be exchanged for another item of the same value. Alternatively, you can pay the price difference to exchange for a different item. You are responsible for all shipping fees (for both returning the original item and sending the new one).
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you have two options:
Return and Exchange: You can ship the item back to us for an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Discounted Re-order: Keep the original item and pay a fee of $15 (or 50% of the item’s price). We will then ship you the correct size. This option saves you the cost and time of return shipping.
