Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days. Please note that the following in-house processing procedures may delay the shipping of your order: customizations, back-orders, and special orders.
Shipping for your order is determined by the number of items. Orders are typically split into separate shipments for every 15 shirts (or 3kg). For example, an order of more than 15 shirts will be sent in multiple packages.
 
What shipping method do you use?
We offer free standard shipping (e.g., China Post). You can also choose to pay for Express Shipping to receive your package faster.
 
May I ship to a post office box or private box address?
Express shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or private box addresses, so you must provide a physical street address for Express Shipping deliveries.
 
Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?
All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported. Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item.
 
Do you charge tax?
For customers in non-EU countries, we do not charge tax at checkout. However, your local customs officials will assess any applicable taxes or import duties before the package is delivered. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed by your country.
 
For customers in European Union (EU) countries, customs may charge a tax of 20% or more on the order value. To simplify this, we will handle the tax payment on your behalf and will only charge you a flat 8% of your order total at checkout to cover these fees.
 
May I return an item?
Please contact us before returning an item to receive instructions and an estimate of any potential shipping charges.
 
What should I do if I am missing an item or received a defective or incorrect item?
Please accept our apologies if there was an error with your order. Contact us, and we will do our best to correct the issue as efficiently as possible. We can usually reship the correct item to you free of charge.
 
If I modify my address while my package is in transit, will I have to pay a fee?
Yes, you will be responsible for any fees incurred for changing the delivery address while a package is in transit. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
